1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jilikl," "we," "us," "our," or "the Platform" refers to jilikl and the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at jilikl.app.
• "User," "you," "your," or "Member" refers to any individual who registers for or uses jilikl's services.
• "Account" refers to the registered account you hold with jilikl, including your wallet balance, gaming history, and profile information.
• "Services" refers to all games, features, functions, payment tools, promotional offers, and support services made available through the jilikl platform.
• "Real Money" refers to Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) funds deposited by a Member into their jilikl wallet for use in wagering activities.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to credits issued by jilikl as part of promotional offers, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Applicable Regulations" refers to the laws, rules, regulations, and directives issued by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) and any other competent authority governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming in the Philippines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the jilikl platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with jilikl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the jilikl platform. Continued use of jilikl following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

3 Eligibility

To open and maintain a jilikl account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with PAGCOR's online gaming regulations applicable in the Philippines.
2. You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the law of your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, restricted, or requires a license that jilikl does not hold.
4. You must not be a current or former employee of jilikl, or an immediate family member of any such employee, unless written authorization has been granted by jilikl management.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order issued by jilikl or any competent gaming authority.
6. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information. jilikl reserves the right to verify your identity and age at any time through document verification procedures.

jilikl reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an account where eligibility requirements are not met, or where the information provided is found to be false or misleading.

4 Account Registration

Each individual may register for and operate only one (1) jilikl account. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Upon registration, you agree to:

• Provide your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address as required.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current.
• Submit identity and age verification documents upon jilikl's request, including but not limited to a valid government-issued ID (Philippine Passport, SSS, UMID, Driver's License, or equivalent).
• Not register an account on behalf of any other individual or entity.

jilikl may refuse, suspend, or terminate registration at its sole discretion, including where required by applicable law or regulation.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilikl login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued for two-factor authentication. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

jilikl will never ask for your password. Any person, message, or communication purporting to be from jilikl that requests your password should be reported to jilikl support immediately.

You agree to notify jilikl promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. jilikl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your login credentials. Wagers and transactions placed using your credentials — whether by you or any third party who obtained access to your account — will be treated as valid and binding.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits. jilikl accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment methods listed on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. jilikl does not accept deposits from third parties.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may be requested at any time from your jilikl account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawal requests to GCash are processed within an average of 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts in your own name that match your jilikl registration details.
• jilikl may request identity verification documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above a designated threshold.
• Where active bonus funds carry an unsatisfied wagering requirement, withdrawal of the remaining real money balance may be permitted; however, the associated bonus funds will be forfeited if the wagering requirement has not been met.

6.3 Currency. All transactions on jilikl are denominated in Philippine Peso. jilikl does not charge currency conversion fees.

6.4 Transaction Limits. jilikl reserves the right to establish and revise minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits at its discretion, with or without prior notice.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

jilikl offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All promotions are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of offer, including but not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements: The number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of winnings derived from the bonus can be made.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute at different rates toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements.
• Time Limits: Bonuses not utilized or wagered within the applicable time limit will expire and be removed from your account.
• Maximum Bonus Win Caps: Where stated in specific promotion terms, winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal limit.

jilikl reserves the right to withhold or void bonus funds and associated winnings where it determines, in good faith and at its reasonable discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, exploited a system error, used a prohibited betting strategy, or otherwise acted in bad faith in connection with a promotional offer.

Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

8 Gaming Rules

All games available on jilikl are governed by individual game rules, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

8.1 System Errors. In the event of a system malfunction, software error, communications failure, or similar technical issue that affects the outcome or delivery of a game, jilikl reserves the right to void the relevant bet or round and return the staked amount to the Member's wallet. jilikl is not liable for any loss arising from a system error, including but not limited to disconnection from a live dealer stream mid-game.

8.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to jilikl's acceptance at its discretion. jilikl reserves the right to limit, restrict, or decline any bet, or to impose maximum stake limits on specific Members, game categories, or markets, without obligation to provide reasons.

8.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by jilikl in circumstances including, without limitation, duplicate bets, obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or where the integrity of the event wagered upon is in question.

8.4 Sports Betting. Bets on sports events, including PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, sabong, and others available on jilikl, are settled in accordance with official results as declared by the relevant governing body or event organizer. jilikl's settlement is final once the applicable result has been confirmed.

9 Prohibited Conduct

You must not, at any time while using jilikl, engage in any of the following:

• Providing false or misleading registration information, including misrepresentation of age or identity.
• Using the jilikl platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of jilikl.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other non-human means to access or interact with the jilikl platform.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating in connection with any game available on jilikl.
• Exploiting system errors, pricing errors, or other technical glitches to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on jilikl.
• Charging back, disputing, or otherwise reversing a legitimate payment made to jilikl.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward jilikl staff or other Members via any communication channel.

Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including winnings), permanent ban from the platform, and referral of the matter to law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on or made available through the jilikl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, icons, audio, video, software, and data compilations — is the property of jilikl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilikl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from jilikl without prior written authorization.

The jilikl name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary to jilikl. Unauthorized use of jilikl's trademarks is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement actionable under Philippine and international law.

11 Responsible Gaming

jilikl provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can sustain over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous gaming.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily pause your account access for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jilikl platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

jilikl strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. Age verification may be requested at any stage of your membership. Accounts identified as belonging to individuals below the minimum age will be closed and any balance returned to the depositing payment method.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilikl and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilikl platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's availability, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Any act or omission of a third-party payment provider, game software provider, or telecommunications network operator.

Where liability cannot be excluded at law, jilikl's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of real money held in your jilikl wallet at the time the claim arose.

jilikl makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of jilikl is at your own risk.

13 Termination of Account

13.1 Termination by You. You may close your jilikl account at any time by contacting jilikl's support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding unsatisfied bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable withdrawal procedures.

13.2 Termination by jilikl. jilikl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• jilikl is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive;
• jilikl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity in connection with your account;
• The continued operation of your account would expose jilikl to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination for breach, jilikl may withhold any balance pending investigation and may forfeit bonus funds and associated winnings. Real money balances will be returned where no fraud or breach is established following investigation, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to jilikl.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to jilikl's customer support team for resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved at the support level, it may be escalated to jilikl's compliance team for formal review.

If the dispute remains unresolved after exhausting jilikl's internal resolution process, the parties may seek resolution through applicable dispute mechanisms established by PAGCOR or other competent regulatory authority. Nothing in this clause limits a Member's right to seek judicial relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

15 Amendments to These Terms

jilikl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the most current version is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the jilikl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account.
